SOLD OUT! Waiting List Only! A Developers Forum featuring Bill Pavao, CTAC Executive Director

In 2014, the CalGREEN building code will significantly increase efficiency requirements. Any project permitted after January 1st will have to be nearly TWICE as efficient as your current projects.

What will this mean for your projects in Pre-Development?

SCANPH and Promise Energy present an interactive forum with policymakers, TCAC, fellow developers, and energy experts on how your organization can be ready. If you plan on building projects in California next year, you’ll want to join us for this
important event!

Join us to make your voice heard, and help shape how TCAC and LA County respond to these increased sustainability requirements.

Presenters include

Bill Pavao Executive Director, CTCAC
Blanca de la Cruz Sustainable Development Initiatives Coordinator, County of Los Angeles

This event will be a lively, interactive discussion addressing questions including:

Goals: What are the goals behind these new mandates?

Successes: What success stories can affordable housing learn from?

Challenges: What challenges will your organization face increasing energy efficiency?

Improvements: How can we do better at greening affordable housing?

The Future: How will we define success and ensure we meet our goals?
