The SCANPH conference brings together the affordable housing industry for a day of exciting speakers, informative and educational workshops, and our annual awards. Don't miss out on the unique opportunity to join the entire affordable housing community for a day of discussion, debate and networking. Last year over 750 people attended, making it one of the largest housing conferences in the nation.

The full-day's agenda will include a featured speaker at the morning plenary before we all break for our workshops and panels featuring veteran colleagues discussing the latest challenges and their unique solutions. At lunch, we will present SCANPH's yearly affordable housing awards, where peers recognize their peers' best work of the year. And we should also mention that there will be the evening's networking reception which includes a cash bar to cap the day's events while everyone winds down.
