The SCANPH conference brings together hundreds from the affordable housing community for a day of discussion, debate and networking. Our conference is one of the largest housing conferences in the nation. The full-day's agenda will include a featured speaker at the morning plenary, as well as workshops and panels featuring veteran colleagues discussing the latest challenges and their unique solutions. This year the New Directions theme will focus on emerging local, state and federal policies, assessing and restructuring existing portfolios, transit district development opportunities, strengthening corporate management, supportive housing, and the fine points of sustainable property management. At lunch, we will present SCANPH's yearly affordable housing awards, where peers recognize their peers' best work of the year. And, we should also mention the networking reception will include a cash bar to cap the day's events while everyone winds down.
