As everyone knows Affordable Housing closings are really tough and title insurance is an important component of a closing.  This workshop is geared to help give a better understanding of what to look for and what to look out for in your title report. Help understanding those pesky exclusions to coverage and what to do about them, and  lender endorsement requests at closing.
