The objective of this workshop is to provide an open forum for leaders and decision makers of the asset management, housing development, and accounting/finance functions within an organization to exchange ideas and best practices on cross departmental collaboration.



Given the complexity of affordable housing development today there can be significant financial risks to the nonprofit developer if the synergy among the three departments does not exist or is not maintained at a high level. Attendees will hear real life experience and input from panelists who represent those three functions.
