Exploring the Intersection Among Design, Supportive Services & Property Management in Permanent Supportive Housing

With a greater percentage of affordable housing funds being allocated to the development of housing for special needs populations, including those with disabilities, it is more important than ever that architects, developers, service providers, property managers, and asset/facilities managers understand their common goal - building housing that works.

The Community Development Commission is soliciting feedback for possible inclusion in their upcoming Notice of Funding Availability on how building design can meet the combined needs of developers, service providers, property managers, and asset/facilities managers that serve special needs populations.

We encourage the sharing of experiences, both good and bad, and input received from tenants that may influence building layouts and amenities, providing a learning opportunity for everyone in attendance.

This event includes a continental breakfast courtesy of LA County CDC.
